Where the customer always comes second!

Cable Call Center is a true-to-life story, based in an office environment similar to that in the 1999 underground smash hit, “Office Space” starring Jennifer Aniston & Ron Livingstone, and has some of the same phone intensity as the Ben Affleck/Vin Diesel vehicle, “Boiler Room”. Cable Call Center is a hilarious comedy depicting a typical “day-in-the-life” of several senior employees at Cable World, a Denver-based cable television company.

In the movie, Katie, a local News reporter, is dispatched to interview certain key employees about Cable World's current success as an industry leader in cable programming. Through various interviews we meet Chris [Stephanie Keller], whose only objective is to catch suspected terrorist by submitting their names to her confidant at the F.B.I. (Any customer with a last name such as “Mohammed” should beware!) Then there is Derek [Binoy Thomas], the self proclaimed ladies man, considered a jerk by his peers, who is not afraid to express his dislikes towards both the elderly & foreigners. Brian [William Reed] is our cronick office masturbator who fairly tortures his assistant by enlisting her aid in the process. But none of these agents is as bad as Lisa [Dina Cintron] who, deciding that today is her last day at Cable World, pulls out all the stops and decides to hang up on every caller who tries to pay their Cable World bill.

Cable World aims to make the audience appreciate the daily stress encountered while working the phones in a call center environment. If you've ever had a job that required you to use the phone to communicate with customers, Cable Call Center is a must see movie - its excesses all too real. Get ready to laugh your asses off!

Good Morning, this is Cable World – how may I help you?!
